"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. "A fantastic hotel delivering great service. My family and I made plans to spend our week in Phuket sightseeing, but ended up spending much of that time at the hotel. Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. Hotel's location is great; restaurants/entertainment all within walking distance including a very clean beach. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "
