"Great stay, close to centre and easy to park"

"This is a very convenient hotel to overnight on the way to the ferry ports to UK. It is about 100m from the E40 although there was no noise from the road. The room was large, very smart, air con and has tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bars were attractive but we took the opportunity of driving into Brugge. Check in staff were lovely. There is a local town with pubs and shops, and Brugge is just 8 Km away. The parking at -'t Zand Underground Garage is excellent plentiful, 5 mins...

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

"Nice hotel, clean and well located on the edge of the city right beside the main train and bus stations for those wishing to use public transport, we used a hire car as we wished to explore Ypres and the surrounding WW1 museums etc at our own leisure, car parking was very easy as the hotel sits on the same site as the stations car park and is only €8 per night. "El hotel es viejo, le falta remodelacion. Poca oferta de alimentos. Solo cuentan con una maquina expendedora de papas y dulces. Es muy incomodo que no tengs elevador. Su personal muy amable, me ayudaron a conseguir un taxi, cosa casi imposible en esa zona de la ciudad. La ducha es muy incómoda."

It was located on the ground floor of a separate building on the parking lot. Not at all what we expected from a 4 star property and certainly not for the price we paid.
