"One of the best hotels in Arashiyama. Spacious, modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Special thanks to Ms Rinka. I lost my wallet while walking between a restaurant and the hotel, and Ms Rinka volunteered to take me to the police station and help me file the police report. Turns out someone had found the wallet and brought it to the police station, so I was able to retrieve my wallet and nothing was lost. It is a perfect location if you are looking to wake up early and walk to the bamboo forest, you can be one of the first people there.
