"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. "Overall our stay was nice, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Our disappointment came in around the strong fragrance in the lobby which was surprising. The other disappointment was the washroom in our room it was very basic, considering the thoughtful design of the lobby and the washrooms located in the lobby. As this was our third hotel and most expensive The room could have been nicer.u the basic washroom with the cream shower curtain."

"Unique hotel, lobby on 8th floor. Elevated rooms. Fantastic location if you like being right in the middle of the action in Shinjuku. Subway is pretty close (short walk), lots of restaurants (great choices, from high end to low end, tiny local hole in the wall places, great shopping. Well-appointed rooms, clean and modern. Firm beds and pillows, fine for me, but if you can only sleep on soft, cushy bed and pillows, then heads up. Supposedly can ask for a softer pillow but did not enquire. Staff are super helpful. Made check in and out super easy. Would definitely stay here again"

"I had a great few nights stay at the Washington Shinjuku hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was very small, which was not a problem, however a couple of hangers on a rail or a couple of shelves to arrange some clothes would be beneficial. Shower pressure was excellent. For a solo traveller with minimal luggage, the single room is ideal and I would recommend, but for a couple it would be quite tight. ****"
