"The hotel is in a great quieter area that is very close by to train systems. There are multiple konbini stores within minutes of the hotel which is very convenient. The room that we stayed in was large enough for a small family of 4 with separate areas for adults and kids. The addition of washer and dryer is very helpful."

"Suite was very large for Tokyo. Bedroom was small as expected, but there was a sizable living room and 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms and 4 adults. New or recently renovated building provided for an excellent stay. Very close to the train station, about 5 min walk."

"Place has the amenities our small family needs and it on a quiet side street. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free uses of the umbrellas were a plus on raining days!"

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
