Excellent place to stay!

"I found everything about this hotel to be excellent - the room, the service, the courteous staff, the shops and restaurants. I love that the hotel is connected to the Haneda Airport! If there's something I would like to comment on, they are as follows: 1. The room does not have a closet except for the wall with hangers. 2. Maybe you can consider adding a restaurant that serves pasta dishes, for a better variety. 3. Maybe a folding luggage rack can be provided. Other than that, overall experience was great! "

"The staff were highly accommodating, and the gardens between the hotels were extremely well kept and very beautiful. With close proximity to Shinagawa station it made travel throughout the city and out of the city very easy. We will definitely stay at the Grand Prince again!"

"2-3 minute walk to Bayside station (Tokyo Disney Monorail). Great location, very clean, friendly staff. This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip, we loved it so much we changed hotels to come back for an additional 4 nights! Breakfast is excellent, I recommend buying through Expedia booking as it is significantly cheaper. "
