"The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...

"The access to a laundry machine was extremely convenient, as was the proximity to shops along the nearby streets, Flagstaff Station, and the route 35 City Loop tram just one street over. My only criticisms are how Spartan the actual apartment was, with not much by way of cooking equipment, the door handle and lock to the balcony being broken, and the curtains over the sliding door also being partially broken. These were very small issues though, otherwise the location was lovely and I would...

"This property is in a great location. We booked a room described as a ‘family room’. The bed described as a ‘sofa bed’ was not a bed at all, rather a very hard lounge with a metal rod. Please don’t sell this room to any other families without replacing the ‘sofa’ with an actual bed. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but you have not fixed the issue and we were caught out because we arrived late in the evening."
