"The staff were very courteous at check in and check out. The flat was mostly clean and comfortable. The flat was in a good location for us. However, it was rundown and needs to be re-painted, a lot of marks on the walls. One of the towels had a big hair ball in it. The shower had a lot of rust all over it from top to bottom. The toilet is in the corner and it’s not easy to sit properly on it if you’re a bigger person. I think the flat needs to be refurbished. "

"The Petersham is an oasis just outside London in the lovely town of Richmond. The local restaurants and shopping are excellent and there are wonderful walks and strolls to be had along the Thames. There are excellent transport links into London. Perfect for a short break or as an alternative to staying in Central London."

"If this place had bar it would be great. I suppose it would also be more expensive. Luckily there is a Wetherspoon around the corner, and cafe, Greg’s, subway and a McD’s. And excellent place to stay if you get stuck at LHR. Staff were great! "

"Fantastic 1 night stay ,we used the pool which was warm and vey inviting,towels included, the room was gorgeous,mini fridge,a huge tv and led lighting, small hiccup with the air con but fixed straight away,had dinner in the restaurant great food and very reasonably priced,best part of our stay was breakfast in bed delivered to our room in the morning cooked and continental as busy parents this was an absolute luxury, highly recommend and look forward to our next stay ."
