This hotel exceeded all expectations. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, making the entire space feel elegant yet comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean. However, the bathroom particularly the toilet room was absolutely freezing. It was very cold outside but the main room was a perfect temperature. Still the bathroom was unbearably cold.

From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of amazing. Liz at the front desk was incredibly kind and exceeded all expectations for hospitality. Her customer service truly reflects the care taken in vetting the staff. Thank you, Liz. As if that wasn’t enough, the outstanding breakfast staff sealed the experience. Demetria and Sonji were exceptional and so pleasant and full of light and character, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
