"Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. "An interesting mix of comfortable, quaint, shabby chic and just plain shabby makes this cottage challenging to review! Overall, I was disappointed and felt that getting a few minor repairs done and providing better quality towels and bed linen would have made all the difference. On the plus side, itโ€™s in a pretty village very near to the National Trust property of Oxborough Hall and has plenty of space for a couple or a small family, including a small garden. "Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for ยฃ7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village "

"The WhatsApp message on the morning of check-in was good. It contained helpful information regarding parking, room number and how to gain entry to our accommodation. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a good and generous selection of hot drinks sachets. Towels and loo roll aplenty. The view was calming, peaceful and relaxing. We made use of the air-conditioning at night which was most welcome. Plenty of storage. The only slight niggle was no mirror directly by the bathroom sinks which would be useful for men when shaving and a mirror in the bedroom on the chest of drawers for hair drying. But this did not impact the enjoyment of our stay. We hope to return next year"
