"Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. "We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. There is also a mini fridge and bits for tea, coffee & hot chocolate and bonus cookies which were a lovely extra. The spa was very busy when we stayed but we still managed to try all the areas...

"Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. "

"Lovely room, down the road from the pub: just a short distance, and parked on the road outside. This is a posh village, which seems to have multiple pubs/ accommodation, and reportedly an excellent 'Deli'. A beautiful area, easily accessed on the A149, past Sandringham, north of Kings Lynn. Excellent walking, quiet roads, good trails very nearby. I was there on business, just for the one night, but had a great stay, thankyou! Breakfast was good, though only available from 08:30, so maybe this...

"The staff were all absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner at the adjoining pub. The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. The locals recommended us the fabulous museum of Norfolk Life, which is about 15 minutes by car. Make sure to visit! The space in the room was fantastic, however, I personally would’ve...

"This was an unexpected find...and I shall be back! What a thoroughly enjoyable evening and stay over! I was working in King's Lynn and looked for somewhere central to stay. This popped up and showed a great value room for my night! I arrived late afternoon to a warm welcome...had to ignore the bar as I had some work to do, and so was taken up to the room...or should I say rooms! I had a beautiful suite overlooking the Market Place and the Minster! What a treat. There was a large open plan...

"Wells next the sea is, as always, simply stunning and unique. The Globe Hotel is well situated in a leafy area of Wells. The room was okay, if a little tired, decor wise ie: paintwork needed touching up, but was clean and well stocked with beverages both hot and cold. The bed was a tad uncomfortable for sleeping, it felt like a well used mattress. On the whole the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice of hot dishes along with continental food."

"This is a wonderful example of historic English buildings that have been updated for modern stays without losing their architectural quirks and historical oddities. Not ideal for people with limited mobility, but we enjoyed ducking under low lintels and walking over uneven floors, some of which have been around for several centuries.
