"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"This hotel has been so far my best experience in Istanbul. Location, rooms, amenities, and staff were top notch. A special call out to Ahsen at the front desk, and -forgot his name but the young restaurant manager at the Atrox Lounge. They have acommodated all of our requests. Especially the value offering is great compared to some other hotels in Istanbul can cost 3-4 times more. I have no reservations picking this hotel for my next trip."

"A great hotel in a nice location which is easy to access the metro and visit all parts of Istanbul. The hotel was spotless and the rooms are really well maintained. It’s not often you get a luxury carpet in the room to make it comfy to walk round. The bathroom is huge and easily supports couples. The food and drink was lovely although the prices are steep. €11 for a 330ml bottle of Heineken! The staff were really helpful and friendly and the indoor pool was a nice and tranquil place to be...
