"Our 2nd stay at Kiama Shores. We stay here to attend the Red Hot Summer Festival at Berry. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed in room 8 on the ground floor. The room was very clean & renovated. The shower nice & hot 🔥. Bed 🛌 was super comfy. Nice & close to cafe, shops & train was a 5min walk. Surrounds were quiet. Overall a very enjoyable & relaxing weekend."

"Buyer beware. Our room was water damaged from a storm, wet carpet, wet mattress, wet sheets and the stench was appalling. Due to festival no alternate accommodation was available in Berry, Kiama, Wollongong. We braved it for 1 night and cancelled our second night as the room was uninhabitable. Despite promising a refund, they later said the terms and conditions stated refunds were not an option, even though the room was uninhabitable and not fit for purpose. Noone responds to emails or phone...
