"Great. We would stay again. It’s perfect for families, as it has free breakfast and parking. It’s walking distance to Duvall street. A car is not needed if you fly into K W. Super clean. It is not a new hotel, but was perfectly comfortable. We had no issues and staff or anything else. There is a substantial resort fee, so plan for that to be added to your nightly rate. It’s a wash in terms of what you want and need in K W. "

"Absolutely the BEST place to stay in Key West. Owners are local and available whenever needed. THEY are there WORKING which makes all the difference in the world because they care the most about their guests. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home. The above and beyond’s were what impressed us the most. Free water all day by the pool. Guest laundry. A “continental” breakfast with everything you could imagine. Free happy hour 4-5. "We really enjoyed our stay! The houses are so cute with a fabulous outdoor areas. Pool, hot tub, bar and lots of areas for lounging! Breakfast was wonderful with hot dishes everyday. Endless supply of water to drink and refill a bottle as well as fruit infused water and iced tea. Happy hour was great an hour of free drinks and a chance to mingle with other guests if you'd like. Staff were so helpful planning an excursion for us and holding our luggage after check out until our excursion was...
