Great location to harbor, shopping, restaurants. Adequate continental breakfast & fruit available but no coffee or tea service offered after 10 am. Nice pool with towels & outdoor sitting areas. Friendly staff but not intrusive.
Via Expedia, we booked a king bed suite. Our area happened to be room #16 at the end of Heron Court. Nice for privacy and access to pool but did not expect that the bedroom & bath would be upstairs in a loft area. Stairs were very steep and loft and bath area confining for 2 people of which one is 6’5”. Owner needs to do a lot of work upstairs: floor is uneven and broken floor tiles. Would be easy to trip and fall. So, these are things the normal hotel staff cannot fix on their own. Downstairs living area was very nice and had 2 entrances: 1 to pool area and 1 to a private porch on a private lane. Final negative-upstairs cooled by. 2 window air units, downstairs with 1. No central a/c. So pretty noisy all of the time.
Overall, very good stay but would definitely request another room should we return.
