Cute room and facility, perfect for a chill Key West trip. As a solo traveler the concierge Roman was extremely helpful and I felt at home during my stay. Location is perfect, you can’t go wrong especially if you rent a bike which I highly recommend because instead of a 20 minute walk it’s a five minute bike ride and you have a lot of freedom getting around Key West and there are plenty of bike lanes. Overall great stay and would recommend.

The staff was so helpful and kind. We were able to drop our bag off before our room was available and they allowed us to keep it there after we checked out. Walking all over Key West made us tired so we went back and relaxed for an hour outside in the shade while we waited for our check-in time on the Key West Express. Great stay for me at the Herron House Court. Location is great for spending time in downtown KW. Room was spotless. Bed was fresh, with fittings better than home. Roman was GREAT!! Parking terrible. Once you get a parking spot, you do not want to leave until you have to. Have to walk 2 blocks and more to find a place to eat. If elderly like us, hard to get around. Very clean. Seem to be safe area. Old town charm.
