"Everything was great at first, then about 15 minutes of me arriving to my room, a baby started crying in a nearby room for about 45 minutes straight and a toddler was running through the halls laughing and yelling off and on during the crying. I smelled a chemical smell upon arrival in hallway and in my room, similar to raid or bug spray and as time when on my throat was getting more and more sore. I ended up wearing a mask to bed because I found I couldn’t sleep due to my throat being irritated. Everything else was absolutely lovely and clean. Perhaps in the future families with small children could be put in a certain area of hotel, it was awful. I still can’t get over the chemical smell and my irritated throat, I hope it doesn’t ruin the rest of my weekend that has been planned for several months now. I’m very disappointed with my stay because of this. Staff was so polite and hotel looked fantastic and so clean. "
