"we got a room for 3 people. a bed and sofa bed was available. when our daughter opened the sofa bed the bed had not been made, sheets and blanket wadded up in the center. When she moved them, there is poop and popcorn crumbs and a red stain that appears to be blood on the mattress protection cover with the zipper. We didnt dare touch the sheets after that. We called for service. The nice yiung lady sho checked us in about 10pm-ish, came up to our room to see what was wrong. She rbought us clean...

Now about the cons: the pool is out in the open and there is NO shade whatsoever as there are no greenery to help provide shade there’s also NO umbrellas on the patio tables. You cannot use the pool in the day time unless you want to be roasted meat out in the open in the 100+ degrees. Secondly, be prepared to be woken up in the midnight hours by a super LOUD train that passes by right...

"Annette is awesome, the property is a great location and right in town. You can walk to anywhere in kernville so easily. The riverfront area is private and just for guests and they keep people out that dont stay there. They are great hosts and a great spot."

The hotel is across the street to a beach on the river, but packed from Friday to Sunday.
