"We had a fantastic 4 days at this resort. Everything was spectacular. From taking the little boat to dinner, to the gorgeous view from our room and balcony, to the people who were so kind and helpful to us, I can't say enough.
I think the best part is that you are out of the hustle of the main beach area and in a serene and quiet backwater area. It's just a short ride to the beach shops and restaurants though.
Also, be sure to take advantage of the Ayurvedic treatments and massage. It's like...

"De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig.
Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht.

"If you want the sound of breaking waves 200 metres away, a spacious room, a big balcony (this time with a view of the bay and beach); a two minute walk to the sand and the sea and the lovely Kovalam beach; coconut trees all around and lots of local people enjoying the happy life, this is for you.
It’s a very Kerala hotel, dark wood, space and carved wood. Friendly staff.
It coups do with a bit of modernisation, but what you need will work. It’s very personal. I hade been there a year before...
