Hotel Spa di Kepayan

"These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). "Room is clean, just a bit too small. Staff is friendly. Toilet is also very clean but can be very smelly because there is no proper ventilation. It would be nice if they can provide shampoo, body and body wash etc. Location is very convenient but it’s not cheap for this type of extremely small room. The building and outside looked old and scary but it’s not as bad as I would have expected "
