"The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again."

"These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

I am a World of Hyatt member, and it gives me a discount of 50% on meals when I am staying there. So, this is also cost saving for my company and the convenience."

"A surprisingly well priced little gem. A little tricky to find, once inside it’s a tidy and clean haven from the bustling world outside. We stopped for a short night after flying in and checked in (with a super-friendly lady) at about 23:30! Bed was very comfy and The Botanist room was lovely and had a private bathroom. A lovely little find for a low price!"

"The hotel is new and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is also fantastic as a staging point to explore Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding area. There are tons of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again!"
