Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again.

Fair experience

The overall stay was not bad as the staff also offered to give us a discounted rate (way cheaper than offered online), but I was not satisfied with the housekeeping service, what is the use of the housekeeping signal if nobody even checks and does the housekeeping as requested? I was hoping that our room was tidied up when we returned in the evening, but to our disappointment, the room was 'untouchable' - the doorbell is not working too. Kindly improve these. Thank you.

Overall maximum can get fair only

Hygiene is ok. The light of the corridor up to 2nd floor was spoil, a bit danger for customer. The hairdryer inside the room was stopped work after start using for few seconds. If stopped work cause of too hot, it was non acceptable due to the low air also cannot use. The shower problem, turn to hot but the water was normal temperature.

Hotel is in a good location. but the reception area is up one flight of stairs. there is NO lift in the hotel and no one to help you carry your luggage up to your room.
