"The recent renovations are the reason we choose for this stay. The lobby, restaurant are all beautifully done. We stayed in a freshly renovated suite. Rooms are very large and has a nice outlook of trees. We were met at entrance by welcoming staff who showed us the hotel and room. But as a 5 star hotel, there are lots of things below our expectations. On the 2nd day of our stay, we hang the label to clean the room in the morning. "Don't take shared bathroom room as there is no bathroom at first floor and only second floor. There is bar ground floor, very busy and noisy. Friday and Sunday they have live music which runs around 12 I think, so difficult to sleep till that time. Rooms are well maintained, bed was cosy. Just linens you get and no extra amenities. Location is perfect. The receipensionist was very helpful and listening, helped us with our issues very efficiently."

"The staff were very welcoming which was great to experience and we actually felt welcomed. The room was clean which was even more amazing after the previous accommodation we had been in for our little holiday. The bathroom did look a bit run down but we also don't expect the bathroom to look like it had just been renovated, may need a bit of a refresh with the silicone in the shower though but overall a good stay for us and we will definitely be coming back again."

"Older cabin but roomy and nicely decorated. Ensuite wasn't very accessible for my husband and cold getting there during the cold nights. Heater in the bathroom made it warm enough for showers."

"Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. Had a minor hitch with the coded boom gate but sorted very quickly by helpful staff, both in reception and with the after hours emergency contact. Park is neat, tidy, quiet and well...

"This was a last minute booking for a family getaway. I’m so glad we found this place because the kids loved it, we enjoyed the outdoor pool, it was clean and the water was warm. Definitely will be back again. "
