"Beautiful hotel. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. I booked the room with the Tokyo Tower view, and it was breathtaking at night. The room was clean and all the guest supplies—like the pajamas and toiletries—were very well organized. It's about an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and FamilyMarts, and few min walk to the nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance!""

"Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in.
