Stayed here while visiting camp spofford. Hotel was very clean and well kept. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds. Only thing was the breakfast was limited and the pool wasn’t heated as told but otherwise a great hotel choice when visiting the area

I wish to thank you for your feedback. I do apologize about the pool closure, we have had the notice on our website since December and will be reopening it soon. As for plowing, while our drivers were delayed, they did indeed arrive and plow the lot along with the few empty parking spaces we had. I do apologize for any inconvenience that caused.

Springin in the night
Altbough bed was comfy with the down comforter, Im not used to springs in my bed, so that was an issue for my rest, and the bathroom door didnt close all the way, but i reported it to the front desk upon check out.. Everything else was top notch. Friendly staff, the smell of coffee at check in, breakfast, cleanliness.. Nice job.

The hotel was clean and friendly. What I didn’t like was that the pool was not open for some reason and the fact that the people above us must of had a dog because it kept me up all night for our entire trip.

Nice room, courteous staff
The staff was very nice and the room was very clean.The in room coffee machine didn't work and a couple gluten free options for breakfast would be much appreciated. It sounded like there was a dog running back and forth on the floor right above us which was annoying, perhaps keep all dogs on the first floor.

New facility, clean and spacious with well appointed breakfast room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Price competitive. Air exchange and heating/cooling mini-split a bit noisy and a bit breezy on the nearer bed occupants.

Everything was lovely with the exception of breakfast. When we arrived we were greeted by Irene who was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we slept like babies.

Great location and excellent service. The pool was out of commission, which was disappointing to kids, but there was lots of other things to do in the area.

New and nice
The Hampton Inn is quite new and in very good condition. The staff was super friendly. Our room was quiet and clean and was well designed for our short stay.

Everything was very good. I did get an accessible room because one of us has limited mobility. The hotel reached out to check to see if we needed a roll-in shower. We did not, but I was impressed that they reached out to check. However, the beds were a little too high for her to access, so I can't imagine someone in a wheelchair being able to get onto the bed. Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant and helpful.
