"Had a nice visit"

"All good except for bedding. Bottom sheets don’t stay on bed. What is it about New York City hotels that they don’t believe in fitted bottom sheets? So when you lie down and the mattress squishes your bottom sheet falls inward and doesn’t stay put.. Or if you’re restless and put your arms under your pillow, it pulls the bottom sheet away also. So you end up sleeping on the mattress pad. Also interesting that there aren’t blankets . I appreciate that they’re not gross unwadhable blankets, but I would think a thick insert in a duvet would make more sense."

"Help desk lady jerked me around to check in 2 times and charged me even before check in. After checked in so found the heater leaks thus floor was wet plus the refrigerator can never be closed and toilet leaked too."

"Overall the hotel was great! Our room got upgraded to the 27th floor from the 9th! It was spacious for 2 queens. The staff were nice and helpful. The only downside at all was the lobby is on the third floor, not the first, so it’s a little confusing."
