"The room was very clean and decently spacious. However, I wished they were more flexible with check in and check out. We had to pay a 5000 yen surcharge to check in early even though the room was available. Additionally, although we stayed seven days, we were still not allowed a late check out without paying. Despite this, we had an overall good experience. It was very quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a full bidet. The staff were polite and respectful and helped us navigate the subway....

"We had a great stay at the hotel! Clean, friendly staff, great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and subway stations. I loved the in-unit laundry that can do wash and dry in one go! It is so essential during hot summer days. We usually start the cycle when we leave our hotel and then came back with dry clothes. Highly recommend this hotel and location!"

"The staff were really welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout the entire trip. This location is at a walking distance from Urayasu station which made it convenient for my friend and I when we had to go into Shibuya. There is a Lawson and a 7/11 close to by so if you want something quick and easy those are the places to go. Will be staying here in the future. "

"We had a fantastic stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to Tokyo Station and close to great food and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!"

"was unsure about this place bc it was brand new without any reviews when booking but ended up loving it. the staff were super helpful being there 24/7 and helped w any questions w had and were all fluent in english. the room was great and clean but was quite small but that was expected for tokyo but there was storage under the beds which was great. walking distance from many different stations. however the area is quite quiet at night with not many places open at night but there is a 7/11 across...

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
