"Review of a solo woman traveler: The best things about this hotel: The location is great, it’s a quick walk to a lot of the main attracting areas such as Nyhavn. The hotel is very clean, no complaints there at all. The restaurant looked very nice, I did not eat there myself, but it was packed for breakfast every morning, and it looked and smelled good. Check-in was fast and easy and self-service. Because of the self check in, I didn’t really interact with any staff so I can’t comment on that. All of the elevators were very fast! Things I did not love: There is no room phone where you can call to the front desk. There was a little walkway area to the side of the hotel, where teenagers would congregate every evening and play really loud music and smoke various things. One night there was also a man there who appeared to be intoxicated and was by himself, but ranting loudly. This bothered me because it made me feel less safe, and the walkway was directly to a little market just behind the hotel which I liked to frequent. But I was nervous, walking back to the hotel."

"This is an interesting place. Small "apartment" but actually everything one needs, including a small microwave. Clever design of the bathroom/shower situation. Charming to have lots of youngish people and young families at the breakfast downstairs. Nice to close to the big "gallery" shopping mall, whose McDonalds stays open to 1 am apparently. It is a bit of a ride to the airport, and I'm not sure how long this would take on a bus, but with a rental car it is about 8 minutes"

"What an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and in the perfect location for exploring the heart of Copenhagen. The staff were beyond friendly warm, helpful, and always smiling. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professional and personal, but this hotel nailed it. A true home away from home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Ideal in every way. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"It was everything we needed for one night. Very clean, comfortable bed. Yes the rooms are small, but if you just need an affordable clean/safe/private place to sleep then this is the spot!"

"Perfect hotel for those with children! They had a summer event while we were there so there was bouncy castle, table tennis, colouring in, little trikes and many more activities in the main hall! Also they had daily treasure hunt (with prizes) which my daughter did every day while we were there! The room was big, clean and had good views! The facilities were excellent such as the pool, gym, playroom for kids and onsite restaurants! The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of choices and a section at kids height, and there was a special VIP who came throughout the breakfast hours, who the kids loved! The hotel is a bit far from town center (15-20mins walk), but there were plenty of options if you didn’t want to walk. We would definitely come back to stay, if we ever come back to Copenhagen! "
