Hotel is easy to get to on local transport & the rooms offer fantastic views. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms kept very clean on a daily basis. The hotel offers a very friendly & clean atmosphere. We like this hotel so much that we have recently recommended it to a group of travellers & they have all agreed that it was a great choice & all enjoyed their stay.

However, most attractions are not within easy walking distance, so transportation may be necessary to explore the city. The room didn’t look luxurious or anything but it was very nice. The best thing was the comfortable bed and excellent warm comforters. The view was very nice and breakfast was very good but rather crowded with lots of people. It is a great location to get to the metro. Close to the canal too.

The room had a lovely view, but the window was so dirty. Staff upon checking in were rushed and not very helpful. Parking (paying for it) was stressful, but ended up not being too complicated. The hotel staff wanted nothing to do with it. Breakfast was good.
