"We booked this very last minute, and were so happy and surprised at the resort amenities, boogie boarding and surfing beach, wonderful lawn facing the beach (less sand!) and gorgeous pool. There was a fantastic breakfast restaurant, grab-and-go coffee, a fantastic sushi restaurant with wonderful staff at all of the places we went. We enjoyed yoga with Anya on the beach (great for ALL yoga and fitness levels, you will not regret it!) and the beds and rooms were comfortable and easy to get to,...

"The staff was not helpful at all. Very rude. For a place like Hawaii I haven't seen such bad hospitality. Additionally, the pools and all common amenities are unavailable till 9 AM local time. Most travelers come from a different time zone and have young kids who wake up early. Having access to these facilities earlier in the morning would have been super helpful."

"First room smelled horrible…front desk clerk sprayed the room…still horrible! I continued to complain, finally next day we were moved to another room. The property is well maintained and the remainder of our stay was nice but I felt we should have been offered a different room immediately after we complained about the smell in the first room, not the next day after complaining again."

"What a great view from the back of room 2105! Very comfortable beds and helpful staff. The path out back was very nice too, it was situated close to good food and the town, very walkable. Very affordable for oceanfront. We enjoyed Mermaids for dinner as well as Gloria's for breakfast."

"The only staff I saw was the lady at the front desk and she was very nice. The motel, not hotel was outdated, dusty and have rusty appliances in the room. The walls were paper thin so I laid in bed at night listening to my neighbors every word till 11 pm. Luckily my 8month old did not wake up. Restaurant and bar was closed. Used soap in the shower. Open electrical box in room which the door was bent so it could not close. This is what I expect from a motel on the side of the road in Montana."
