"Nice, clean, well-maintained property in the Wailua area, Plantation Hale Suites is located near Kapa'a and about 15-20 min from the airport. There are a number of restaurants and food places nearby, and the Suites are a five-minute walk to the beach. The Suites have pools, BBQ areas, and laundry facilities. The only "bad" thing about my stay is that the suite was not ready at the check-in time of 4:00pm; otherwise, I liked this property and would most likely stay there again."

"This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS"

"When we arrived, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Every staff member we met and spoke with were extremely accommodating and polite. We loved our stay, can’t wait to return! "

"Property deserves more stars but Unit 256 caused the lower rating! Great view, great location but the rusty hole in the tub and the rusted a/c unit (which you had to sit next to to see the view) and the nonchalant “could care less” staff took stars away. Would we stay again - definitely!"

"Beautiful property with a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Large rooms with comfortable bedding. Live music aeound dinner time. They let you borrow a beacj chair, umbrella, and cooler to take with you to other beaches. The only downside is the beach is unswimmable due to the reef and rocks."

"It was ok. Shower didnr work wekl and couldn't get them to fix it. Continental breakfast was grab and go cold cereal, granola bars, yogurt etc. The pool waz nice"

"It is a beautiful property in a nice location that is convenient to shopping and the beach and sight seeing areas. The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities. Had a hard time getting the info The room had a pull out bed that did not work so we had not a great time sleeping on that sofa."
