"I love how beautiful this property is, close to shopping and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay, I loved the onsen on the property. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Fujikawaguchiko. Perfect place to stay to see Mt Fuji while still enjoying the peace from tourists."

"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. "Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"Absolutely loved our time here! The owner was very welcoming and helpful, we were able to do a few loads of washing which was really needed. The property is spacious and very cutely decorated. Each piece of decoration brought us Joy.
Highly recommended. "

"Pros:
Amazing view from the cabin.
Service is excellent throughout from check in to check out. Attention to details is great; they remember our room number and daily reservation.
Cabin size is on the small side but understandable due to the “glamping” experience it tries to emulate.
Speaking of experience, the sweet treats and bonfire night are great. We wished we could have joined more activities.
Cons:
Food options are a bit limited. For breakfast, you only have two options. So if you’re staying for longer than two days, you would have to repeat your choices. À la cart dinner has more options. Having said that, however, the food here is great too. "
"The room was perfect with the view. This was our first time at a Ryokan and we were not disappointed. I don't think I have ever felt that welcomed somewhere I didn't quite fit into. Thank you all for your excellent work! 😊"
"Great view as mentioned and staff was great too. Only thing was organizing dinners and activities was a bit tough so hard to plan around. Also, more dinner choices would be great."
