Amazing location - walking distance to the momiji festival. Fuji views from every room, and easy to walk to the north side of the lake to see Fuji. 24 hour convenience store downstairs and bus stop right outside the front. The room was spacious and clean
Nice little hotel above a Family Mart convenience store. Room didn’t have coffee. But there is kettle for Tea. Walking distance to the Lake and a great view of Mt Fuji from there. Beautiful area and it’s a lake shore.
Very impressed with the check in process: informative must-know details and helpful assistance bringing our luggage to a stairwell second floor.A larger than average guest room space compared to hotel rooms in Tokyo.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
The property is right behind a bus stop, and above a convenient store, which makes it easy to navigate and plan out activities.
The front desk was courteous and able to call a taxi for us.
The chef lady serves excellent breakfast.
The room is spacious but not as clean as other hotels we experienced in Japan.
Great room size above a small building shared with a cafe and a family mart konbini.
Due to the size of this hotel, not many densities nor amenities provided.
However more than enough offered for a good night's rest before heading out. Has a large parking location for people who are driving around Kawaguchiko.
Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly.
The room is more spacious than we expected, that two big luggages can be opened without a problem.
Location is great, with the lake just across the road. And convenience store is just at the hotel.
The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have a lift, so you need to carry your luggages up the stairs for one floor, so it would be better if you travel light.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Offering picturesque scenery, delicious meals, a convenient location, and charming, spacious rooms, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near Lake Kawaguchiko. The hotel is located right across from a bus stop, making arrival and departure very simple. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, presenting a Japanese-style eating space and a comfortable futon alongside the mattresses.
Though the hotel doesn’t provide room-cleaning service, they provide plenty of towels and similar amenities in your room. Additionally, if you bag your trash and leave it outside your door, it will be collected. Despite the lack of restaurants within the hotel’s vicinity, there is a Family Mart located downstairs. Furthermore, there is a small cafe downstairs that not only offers amazing breakfast and cake throughout the day.
The room is in good condition. However, the air conditioner (room 202) is just full of dust without cleaning for age. Look at the photo and you can see. For check in, the front desk is not opened before 3pm. There is no staff at all if you arrive early. The staff from the cake store helps to store our luggage in safe place. When we check in later that day, the staff in the counter failed to provide us information on the restaurants around. She told us that this place is very remote and we can only buy food from the convenience store for dinner as the restaurants nearby are all closed. In fact, just 3 minutes walk away, there is one still opened. Google map told me there’s another one also open at night, but I did not check it out.
The room is efficient, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect (next to bus stop). The downstairs is familymart.
Friendly & helpful staff and awesome service.
Large room. View of Mt Fuji. Across the street from best view of Mt Fuji on the lakeside path. Breakfast was good. Eclectic entrance with name of hotel not on street sign. Registration in lounge area shared with cafe. Food mart conveniently next door. Not many places to eat but found Hoto restaurant next door.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
There is no room cleaning even We stayed for two nights. There is rubbish still in the bin after we went out for sightseeing.
雖然我們住兩晚,但第二日我們返回酒店,很愕然發現房間沒有清潔及清理垃圾桶,付了錢但沒有得到基本服務,很失望。
First of all, the room was indeed spacious and reasonably comfortable. The positive comment stops here.
The owner was extremely rude and the reception area was unstaffed most of the time. I arrived around 12:30 but walked into an empty hotel lobby. A lady popped her head out from the kitchen and abruptly said the check in time is not til 15:00. She asked me to leave my luggage in an unsupervised area where everyone with a room key can access, which was absurd.
When I returned at 15:10 there was another two group of people waiting to be checked in. I waited in the queue and the guy (who I think is the owner) looked at me and “ordered” me to sit down. When it’s my turn he wasn’t bothered to speak English but use Japanese the most of time (and kept it brief, not as detailed as he did to other guest).
He ran front desk and also housekeeping by himself, which is probably why there is zero service in this hotel - unwilling to hire someone to provide decent service.
Ótimo café da manhã e diversos lugares ao redor para comprar/explorar/comer. Acesso excelente e próximo ao Haneda. Atendimento impecável, melhor inclusive que outros da mesma rede.
