"At the price point we were surprised to find no bottles of water in the room - - - although there was a filtered water dispenser on the drinking fountain. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we weren’t offered any water at the front desk or any other upgrades. The rooms are excellent and appear to be recently remodeled. Staff all friendly and helpful. The food selection for breakfast is pretty sad - even by free Hotel breakfast standards. No hard boiled eggs at all - - - for example."

"This is the worst Hotel in the World! Do not stay HERE! The pics will have your thinking differently. When I checked in the staff was not friendly and then when I got to my room it was roaches in there in the sink. I was there for every bit of 5 mins and gone! Tried to get my money back and they will not give it to me. I'm still trying to get my money back. Its my money. I still haven't got my deposit. I have contacted higher up on them. I'm Pissed and they nasty! The damn drawer didn't close in...

"This property looks nice when u check in. The guy at the front desk wasn’t nice or personable. The room was horrible. The towels were dingy. The bed has dirt/crumbs in it."

"We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very nice and helpful. It's close to store's in restaurants. But the beds makes a lot of noise with you just turning over, that's the only thing that bothers me. Wouldn't want people thinking bad things were going on.☺️"

"The room was clean, with the exception of the bed liner below the mattress. Water pressure was way too low. The food was good for a hotel, and the dining area was clean. The woman at the front desk when we checked on Thursday at 4pm in was fantastic. I wish I could remember her name. She is a model of hospitality!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between."
