"Just had a 4 night stay at this Drury Inn and was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and friendly & pleasant each time I spoke to someone. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were all very good, and the food hot & fresh. The room was also neat and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Overall an A+ experience "

"The room was mediocre as far as cleanliness. The chaise was heavily soiled with something brown, and there were stains on the floor in the carpeting. The towels look like some have been used, and the Kleenex was all balled up in the container."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, starting with the young lady working the desk when we arrived. She is an absolute treasure and an amazing first impression. Everyone else after that was equally helpful. Our room key didn’t work (my fault, it was near my magnetic phone case) and one of the workers happened to notice we were having issues. She opened the door for us and had someone bring up spare replacements. I didn’t even have to go down the elevator. I was expecting “basic” when I booked because that’s what I get everywhere else, but we were blown away with the hospitality here. I will be back!"

"Everything was pleasant at this property. As with any downtown Houston hotel make sure you lock your car. Hotel looked like they might have been renovating there bar eating area and it was closed, but we did not need that amenity so I did not pay that close attention "
