"Smells like weed, wet feet, and stale cigarettes. Stayed a Thursday night, they didn’t have a breakfast at 8:45 am . Room was definitely big and spacious; bathroom door literally 2 inches from toilet. Not mobility issue friendly in the bathroom area at all. Bed was okay! Wasn’t filthy but it definitely wasn’t “exceptional” like the ratings say it is. Starting to think these are all lies because I ain’t got a good place yet."

"The hotel is quite nice and conveniently located. Parking is complimentary.
However, I had a very disappointing check-in experience because:
• I had received a confirmation number from the hotel.
• The hotel rejected the credit card I had used to make the reservation without informing me in advance.
• I provided four additional credit cards, but none of them was accepted.
• Cash payment was not accepted either.
In the end, the only solution was to make a new reservation through Expedia using the...

"Descent clean room for a low price.
Fast food within walking.
Local restaurants are a short drive.
Ample parking.
Gasoline is close.
Freeway close.
No pool.
Good enough for a guy.
Not a family place in that some guests can be a little rough around the edges."

"I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful."
