"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"We loved this hotel. Very modern and right on the ocean. They have a great patio to enjoy drinks or a meal. We were on a biking trip and they have a bike room which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, weshalb der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet und sehr grün. Das Hotel ist absolut familientauglich, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz draußen sowie ein Spielzimmer drinnen. Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns aber der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service gefallen."

"This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Room was clean enough but not pristine, The bed was firm but comfortable, room was small but functional. Excellent location next to the Bruges train station. Breakfast was a good value at $13 Euro as you could make lunch for the day as well. Front desk staff were excellent and very accomodating. They can store your luggage if you need to check out but want to spend the day in Bruges."

"Lovely staff but room was somewhat lacking. We were in the annexe at street level. Barely enough room to swing a cat. Window was hard to open, no air conditioning or fans provided. Bed was way too soft and the power of the shower was none existent. Friends stayed in the main building that had 4 times as much space, fans and a fridge, all for the same price. Good base if you want a very basic room, certainly encourages you to spend more time out of your room."

"Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Air Conditioning was good as it was unusually hot when I was in Bruges. The space for work is small but when on vacation most would not mind. The staff was helpful with directions, getting taxis for me, etc."
