"The room is very nice. They have large ceiling fans and AC. There is a large frig and a kitchen area to cook meals. FYI there is no TV. The view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing. There is a very nice sitting area on the balcony to enjoy the ocean and fresh air. The beach is amazing and the water is warm. There is a large coral reef to snorkel and tons of fish to see. The hotel has beach chairs, umbrellas and other stuff you can use for free. The only negatives is there is very limited...

"Great beach access for swimming, snorkeling, and tidal pool exploring. A turtle cove to directly to the south, swimming directly to the North. Fell asleep to waves on the rocks directly in front of our ocean front room."

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...

"It is a beautiful property and our unit was spectacular. It had the best balcony view of the ocean and pool area. The amenities in the unit were extremely helpful (ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards). Communication and check in/check out is very easy! We will be back."

"Wow! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. It really is a gem! Great staff, great amenities, great location! The only thing I was not a fan of was the birds all over. I wish they would put up signs to not feed the birds (similar to what we saw at Costco when we were there). The guests definitely make this problem worst, as the guests are the ones we saw consistently feeding them."

"The pools felt crowded and dirty by the afternoon. I also wish they would provide at least one room cleaning for the price. It felt very dirty and sandy by the end of the week. Otherwise the room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the beach was perfect and some of the best snorkeling."
