Good location

Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good.

The outside patio is not kept up! Needs a good makeover! No joy sitting out there! Location was great and room was clean with newer furniture and kitchen supplies!

Royal kahana

It was a confusing check in process because the staff refused to help us because this unit was privately owned. I didn’t realize till then . Anyways , after reading my emails and phone calls, we got in . The kitchen sink had a slow leak the reason a frying pan was left under it which I removed and a day after I ended up cleaning/drying because water had started leaking to the kitchen floor . On our second night we had to call maintenance to change the shower knob because the water from the shower won’t stop, he came and turn off the water . Our plan for the following was affected because we had to wait for the knob to be replaced. The bathroom sink also draining slow but who cares anymore .
