"Always satisfied. I love the convince. So close to the terminal 3 as I can walk with 10 minutes or so when I have small luggages. If you have baggage, you better use shuttle bus. Bus departs from Terminal 1 Bus stop No 16, and Terminal 2 Bus stop No 25. both on the ground floor (1F in Japan) at December 2025. The staff including cleaners and shuttle bus staff are efficient and professional. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfy. Restaurants has seasonal beautiful dishes. This Tobu hotel has a drug store and a lovely convince store which selling alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks and food like Onigiri, noodles etc as well as lovely Japanese gift. I recommend this hotel to any kind of person or group. Thanks for a nice stay 🙏"

The concierge, front desk, doormen and bell staff were consistently helpful with questions, directions and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get around, and taxis are always readily available. If you are looking for a comfortable, roomier hotel with excellent service, this is a great choice. The only note is that the hotel attracts many international travelers.
