"Very pleasant stay. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. We wanted to use the pool but were told we had to pay bc it was part of the spa. Had a convenient shuttle to and from the airport as well as to downtown Narita. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."

"Location is perfect; across 50 mt there is a station and 2 stop far to shinjuku. Hotel is so clean, breakfast is various and tasty."
