"Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, this hotel offers seamless access without stepping out into the rain. One of its most commendable features is the efficiency of the check-in process; by utilising the KIOSK terminals, guests can bypass the lengthy queues typically found at reception. This level of convenience is arguably a significant advantage that many hotels in Europe have yet to match.
Regarding the interior, the facilities are consistently pristine and provide a highly comfortable stay. Furthermore, the inclusion of a communal bath is an exceptional highlight. For a Japanese guest such as myself, having access to such a facility is truly the most gratifying aspect of the experience.
However, there is one point that may cause slight inconvenience. For safety reasons, passengers with suitcases are restricted from using the escalators. Staff members are stationed at the entrance to direct—or rather, instruct—guests to use the lifts instead. The challenge is that there are only two lifts available; they operate quite slowly and often become congested, making entering and exiting the building time-consuming."
