"Overall, the property is excellent in all areas- location, cleanliness, comfort and safety. However they are inflexible with the check in time, so if you happen to arrive early you need to wait until 4 pm to check in. The luggage store if you need it is an open area behind the building where they also keep the garbage. Japan is a safe country, but still… Five stars if they allowed check in early if the room is ready and if they provided a secure luggage store. "

"Great location. Plenty of food vendors in the nearby area and vending machines pretty much on every block. Hotel was clean and spacious. Only downside is that they don’t regularly clean the room. You have to book a request via a QR code link to have the room cleaned or towels replaced."

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"This hotel was nice. We stayed in the Pokémon themed room and the kids loved it. While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again. "

Very nice stay, and very affordable too!
"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. If there was anything worth pointing out as a downside, it might be that the on-site gym is rather small, but for people interested in exploring Osaka, there's plenty of exercise to be had walking around the city. This was a very strong hotel in terms of comparing the quality to the price; highly affordable and yet still quite luxurious. I wouldn't mind staying here again in a future visit to Osaka."
