Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great shower! No one was available at check in when we arrived. Just a sign asking for guests to have a seat and wait. Seemed weird and even though a phone number was given it was only to be used for "immediate" service. We waited for a while and after another family arrived we were going to call before someone came to the desk.

The original room that I booked when I enter into the room. It had a horrible smell is smell like a pet. Was another room? The bed was so uncomfortable. To the point of my head am, my entire body is aching. Yes, services didn't offer to give me another room for the inconvenience. I had to endure the situation.
