Apartments in Kane County

"The apartment was clean (although at one point, someone must have smoked in the apartment…I am ultra sensitive) and the bed was comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk to downtown Arlington Heights, which was great, and a five minute walk to the post office! The only drawback to this place was the very loud air conditioner. It was like a jet engine…and it was only in one room.We used a supplied box fan for the bedroom. Overall, though, we had a nice stay."

"Cancelled our reservation out of the blue less than three hours before our arrival. We had nowhere to stay when getting to Chicago. Luckily we found a hotel but how crazy. Poorly operated and unprofessional management that does not care about their guests, their plans, or their safety. You can sleep on the street for all they care. Be prepared for 20 questions the night before as well. If you prefer privacy and assurance that your plans are set, choose somewhere else to stay. "
