"Pros: Quiet nice apartment at the end of the building. The apartment was well furnished. Microwave, fridge and only for heating up food which wasn't a problem since we ate out. Nice mattress and had a good rest. Cons: Building design seems like 20+yrs old even though built 2023. "The worst experience ever in homestay. Full of crocroaches, been seen few crocroaches running around and death crocroaches. Unit was with dusty furniture, old equipment need to be refurbish and renovate. Worst service, welcome message is request deposit, indicate left items need charge, early check in and late check out need to be charge. "3 nights stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good A/C. There is an adjoining door to the neighbor so when they were talking loud i could hear it through my room. Other than that, it is very quiet. Not accessible to Ipoh Old town by foot. Easy to get a Grab car. Overall pleasant stay."

"The room was comfortable and the facilities okay. However, a couple of improvements are needed, the receptionist in charge of check-in could be friendlier to create a more welcoming atmosphere,and the bath towels provided were not clean(yellow stains and hair) which was disappointing. "

"First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided. There will be perfect if face towels are also provided. The accommodation included breakfasts and night time hot spring tickets for two. We had spent whole day at the Lost World Theme Park. We had good sleeps in the hotel room after that. However, the sporadic WIFI required improvement. It was a pleasant experience generally. Will stay again in this hotel in near future."
