"The property wasn't exactly as seen in the attached photos. The photos are very outdated. All the assets in the room are super old. There are mold/fungus grown on the bed head. The TV was 15 inches wide? After we make enquiry and complaint, we manage to swap to another room which is slightly better with 42 inch TV and slightly cleaner room. However, there is hole right on top of the shower tap. It makes us feel very uncomfortable to take our shower. Toiletries wasn't provided until we ask for...

"I always like Aerotel coz it's right near Departures, so the convenience is priceless. But the room is a tad small & not all facilities are in good functioning order. Wish the price can be cheaper. But overall I stay there for the convenience."
