"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. "EQ KL is a great 5 star hotel amd is very convenient for shopping and food with many great dining options nearby. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Traffic around the hotel can be quite congested at peak times so if you go somewhere by car factor some extra time in peak hour. Planning to stay there again on our next KL trip. "
