"Of the 4 hotels we stayed at while in Japan, this was by far the nicest and had several restaurants. It is very close to the train station so convenient. The grounds are beautiful; there is a river outside the hotel so very nice. The hotel staff spoke better English than any of the other hotels which was nice as well. Shibata Yasuhiko was excellent and so accommodating."
