"Incredible room, design was modern Japanese , large, airy, clean and very comfy. The bath tub/shower area was plenty big. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with top notch quality and a good selection of traditional Japanese and western options. It's conveniently located next to the train station and the mall. Even parking was super convenient and the hotel offered a validated parking for just 1000yen overnight parking. This is the spot to stay in Kumamoto. "

"Breakfast buffet was amazing kept us on schedule since it was early breakfast times Ac was nice Rooms stocked and cleaned They have a magnet sign letting them know if you want your room only towels stocked or if you want your rooms tidied up Check out was very simple Check in time is at 3pm but they can hold your luggage in lockers until it’s time Shops and restaurants around the area to kill the time until it’s time to check in time will go by very quick Pjs outside the rooms on a table "

"Wonderful view of the castle straight from the window. Very convenient location for visiting castle and ginza, and plenty of place to eat close to hotel. Only negative is I cannot park our car in the hotels parking lot due to it being long, although it's a regular size car. Offsite parking was not convenient and its a hit and miss and very tight parking spots."
