Bar/Restaurant was out of several items during our stay. The staff was very friendly, but were limited on how they could help because of poor management. I would not stay here again. "

"We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking."
